Your day
- The news on your topics and the weather, ready before you are.
- The handful of emails that genuinely need you, not the hundred that don’t.
- The promises you made — the thing you said you’d send, the quote nobody chased — nudged back at you.
Five minutes before, Agentum pops up with who they are and where you left things.
This is something we ourselves, at Agentum, use every day — meetings, the people behind them, and the follow-ups that usually evaporate.
Agentum answered, wrote down what each caller needed, and had it ready for you.
A phone line that never sleeps, reminders that chase themselves, and a memory of every customer.
Birthdays, renewals, school messages: sorted before your coffee.
Say it in a sentence. Agentum builds it.
Three areas running the day you install. We use every one ourselves.
The Marketplace has more, from investment updates to language practice. Or describe one, and Agentum builds it.
Agentum does its day-to-day work on a computer you control. When a task needs AI, only the material needed for that request goes to the model provider you chose.
Your emails, calendar, files and agents stay on your computer. Before an agent sends, posts or changes anything outside Agentum, you approve it.
Make or change an agent by describing it in your own words. Or open its screen and flip the switches yourself.
The work keeps running on your computer. Agentum Chat lets you read updates and approve the next step from your phone without moving the work itself there.
One memory, not a dozen scattered threads. What you said in June and the person you met last week sit in the same place, so you never explain yourself twice.
You don't have to summon it. A quote lands, a client finally replies, a renewal comes due — it notices and gets on with it, instead of waiting to be asked.
Quiet hours, and a cap on how often anything may interrupt you. Every message it starts carries a way to turn that one off, right there on the message.
Fill out the form. We review each application because spots are limited. Once you're in, you pay, and become part of the Agentum Family.
Based on the package you choose, you either self-install with onboarding and email support, or onboard through a private live session where we install Agentum with you, work through any setup snags, and build your first agent together — so you leave knowing how to build the next one yourself.
Make Agentum your own. Every user adds their own finishing touches, custom agents, and workflows, so no two Agentum setups are exactly alike.
Tell us who you are. We read every application — usually within 48 hours.
Every application gets read. If there's a fit, we'll be in touch. Thank you for your patience.
The things a working day already runs on. Google — Gmail, Calendar and Drive — and Microsoft 365, so Outlook mail and calendar work just as well. You sign in once and every agent can use it from then on.
Also LinkedIn, for looking someone up before you meet them. A phone number, if you want calls answered. And when someone sends you a booking link — Calendly, Cal.com, Zoom, HubSpot, Notion Calendar and the rest — it reads the times on offer and finds the ones that actually work for you, instead of you squinting at a grid.
Those connections run on your computer. When a task uses AI, only the content needed for that request is sent to the model provider you chose.
Yes — Agentum is a monthly or annual plan, starting at $20 a month for Personal — a founding customer price, normally $40. Every plan comes with a monthly usage allowance that covers the AI behind your agents, your chats and Agentum Code, and it refills every month. Annual billing is 10 monthly payments, so 2 months are free. You start with a 30-day free trial — no card required — and pay only if you decide to keep it. Cancel any time; access runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
Agentum works on your computer, so it only works while your computer is awake. We recommend keeping it on. If it sleeps through scheduled work, Agentum records the gap and catches up when it wakes, instead of pretending the job ran.
For agents that should never miss a beat, the ideal setup is a computer that stays on all the time, such as a Mac mini. Not sure what fits you? Email support@theagentum.com and we’ll help you work it out.
No — and that is the entire point of it.
We are developers. We built this for people who aren’t, because everything that can genuinely do this today assumes you are one of us: a terminal, a config file, an API key, something you have to keep alive. That is a ridiculous tax to put on someone who just wants their morning handled.
So describing what you want is the whole interface — including the part where something has gone wrong. You say “it messaged me at the wrong time”, and that sentence is both the bug report and the fix. There is no second, harder interface waiting for you the moment things break.
Plenty of developers do use it, every day — we run our own working lives on it. But they are not who we design for. The bar we hold ourselves to is whether one of our own parents could describe something they wanted handled and have it just work. Every time the answer is no, that is the bug we go and fix. That is the whole roadmap, really.
One account, 3 seats included and more at $50 per user / month, and one shared pool of usage. You invite the others by email and each of them gets their own Agentum on their own computer — nobody shares a login. You decide how much of that pool each person can use, and you can cap what any single agent spends, which is worth doing for anything answering the phone. Agents and information can be shared across the team, so the front desk knows the same things everyone else does. Need a bigger team than that? Email support@theagentum.com and we'll sort out the extra seats with you.
