Is this a subscription?
No. Agentum is a one-time purchase — pay once, own it forever. You get a lifetime license, your Agentum app code, and your own agent/customization files. Lifetime updates on the core agents are included for as long as we keep developing Agentum. You start with a 30-day free trial — no card required — and pay once, only if you decide to keep it. Never monthly.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes — your first 30 days are on us. If you're accepted, you start a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. Take the month to use Agentum and see the value. If you want to keep going, you make your one-time payment; if not, you pay nothing. It's one payment, once — never a subscription. (Guided Launch's live onboarding session is scheduled after payment — pay upfront to book it right away, or trial first and schedule it once you purchase.)
Who pays for the AI?
We do, for running Agentum. Agentum AI is the default — no key, no signup, no card — and we pay the model provider directly. It's free, with a monthly usage allowance that covers normal day-to-day use. We don't publish a figure for it, because it moves as model pricing does. One thing to know: Agentum AI is a text model. It reads, writes, reasons and drives your agents, but it doesn't do images, audio or video — multimodal work like transcribing a recording needs a key of your own, for the agent that does it. You can point any agent at your own model that way when you set it up, and that provider bills you directly. Agentum AI is how we're launching and we intend to keep it that way for as long as we can; the Terms set out the limits.
Are there ongoing costs?
For running Agentum, no. Agentum AI is the default and it's on us — onboarding, chatting with Agentum in Agentum Chat or over Telegram, and the agents you run can all sit on it, free within a monthly usage allowance that covers normal day-to-day use. If you'd rather a particular agent used your own Claude, Gemini or DeepSeek key, you choose that when you set it up, and that provider bills you directly. The one place people do spend is building new agents from scratch: a premium coding model does the authoring, on your own account, which typically runs $25–$100/month depending on how much you build. You can always consult with us first.
What if I can't get something working during setup?
All packages include at least three months of email onboarding and support for setup and troubleshooting. Guided Launch adds a live teaching session where we install Agentum with you, fix any setup snags, and build your first agent together.
Will this keep getting better?
Yes — it's our daily driver. We use Agentum ourselves for our own scheduling, news digests, and follow-ups, and we ship regular updates. Every customer gets lifetime updates on the core agents for free, for as long as we keep developing Agentum.
What happens after three months?
Your onboarding support period turns into lightweight email support, which stays free for small questions. If you want guaranteed response times and a direct channel, Priority Support is $299/yr (or $35/mo) — optional, and stop anytime since Agentum keeps working without it. Your license, code, and included updates keep going either way.
Can you build an agent for me?
Yes. If you'd rather have us build a specific agent for your workflow, a Custom Agent Build starts at $1,000 and scales with complexity — final price depends on what you're building — and includes three months of support on it. (Guided Launch is a teaching session to get you started; a Custom Agent Build is us doing the building for you.)
Can I modify the code?
Yes — we encourage it. You own the agents you create and the customizations you make to existing agents.*
* Some Marketplace agents and third-party services may have their own setup or terms.
Do you see my data?
No. We don't collect or store your personal data — your emails, calendars, or communications. The only thing we collect is general telemetry about which Marketplace agents you download and use — never the agents you create yourself — so we can keep improving them.
What kind of computer do I need?
For Apple devices, we recommend an M1 or newer Mac, 8GB+ RAM, ~10GB free disk, and macOS 12 or newer. Agentum also needs a computer that stays awake if you want it working all the time. If you do not want to use your own Mac, you can request a custom separate Agentum Device, expected in H1 2027 for about $2,999.
What if something breaks four months in?
Your first move can be the AI you connected — paste the error, describe what happened, and it can often fix it. Lightweight email support stays free for small questions, and Priority Support ($299/yr) is there if you want guaranteed response times and a direct channel.
