Usage is how we count the work your agents do, so you never deal in tokens, models or per-request pricing.
What can I do with a Personal account?
Personal is sized for one person’s daily routine. A typical month looks something like this.
- ✓ A morning briefing every working day. Your day pulled together before you start it — what came in overnight, what is coming up, and what needs you.
- ✓ Prep for the meetings in your week. Who you are meeting and what matters going in, then a recap with action items afterwards.
- ✓ Your routine automations alongside. Network insights, a personalised podcast for the news you care about, weather alerts, reminders chased, emails scanned to work out what matters.
- ✓ Enough capacity to create one or two agents a month. Most people start with agents from the marketplace and build their own when they don’t find what they need — Personal has the room to do that alongside your routine.
It is dynamic: some activities draw on the monthly allowance far more than others, so a month heavy on research or agent-building leaves less for everything else. You can see exactly where it went, agent by agent, at any point in the month.

Agentum keeps you posted on where your usage stands, so you can watch it through the month and adjust as you go. You will get alerts at 80% and again at 95%. When 100% of the monthly allowance is used, your agents pause rather than run up a bill.
Per-agent metering shows where the usage actually went, so you can cap or pause the agents that aren’t essential and keep your usage for the ones that are — or uninstall an agent you don’t need.
To continue to work uninterrupted, buy extra usage by re-upping your current plan — on Personal that is $20; on Pro it is $75.
- ✓ Your regular monthly usage refills to full every month, whichever plan type you are on. Any usage you did not spend is reset, so every month starts fresh.
- ✓ Extra usage is what you buy on top. It carries forward and never expires while you are on a paid plan.
- ✓ Your regular monthly usage is always spent first. Extra usage is drawn on only once the month’s regular usage is fully exhausted.
- ✓ Purchasing extra usage gives you a full month’s worth, and all of it counts as extra. Say you are at 5% when you buy: you are immediately at 105%. Finish that month at 80% and you have spent your last 5% of regular usage plus 20% of the extra — the remaining 80% of extra carries forward, so the next month starts at 180%.
Extra usage is meant for the heavy months, when you are building or using Agentum extensively. If you are topping up frequently, consider Pro.

What is the founding customer price?
Personal is normally $40 a month and Pro is normally $100. Subscribe now and you pay $20 and $75 instead — and that rate is yours for life, for as long as you keep a paid plan.
How does the free trial work?
Thirty days on Personal, with a full month’s usage to try it with. No card needed to start, and you get the whole of Agentum.
At the end you choose whether to start on a paid Personal or Pro plan. If you don’t, everything you built stays on your own computer — your agents, your data and your setup all survive intact, but they stop running until you start a plan.
What happens when I run out of my monthly usage?
You get a heads-up in the app at 80% and again at 95%. If you reach 100%, your agents pause their work rather than quietly running up a bill. There is no overage charge — we never bill you for something you didn’t choose.
From there you have two ways on: buy an extra month of usage on your current plan, or move up a plan. Anything you buy sits on top of your monthly usage rather than replacing it — your monthly usage balance is always spent first, and any unused extra usage carries forward as long as you stay on a paid plan.
Should I keep resetting, or move up?
An occasional reset is exactly what it is for — an unusually busy month, a run of agent-building, a week of heavy research.
If you’re doing it most months, move up instead. Pro carries far more capacity for heavy use, and a great deal more room if you’re looking to build and improve a lot of agents. Nothing you already bought is lost: your extra usage comes with you.
What do I get on Business that I don’t get on Pro?
Business is intended for teams and businesses that value team functionality and working across team members — shared agents, a shared vault, and team memory. They also benefit from pooled usage: in a given month one team member may use very little, which leaves more of the pool for whoever is busy, and the next month it may be the other way round.

Can I cancel? What do I get back?
Cancel any time from your account page. You keep using the plan until your final billing date; after that, any unused extra usage is forfeited. There are no refunds.
On annual plans we will remind you ahead of your renewal date, so there is time to change plan or cancel before the card is charged.
Payment processed by Stripe. We never see your card. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled any time — access runs to the end of the period you have paid for, after which any unused extra usage is forfeited. There are no refunds.
