One card per inbox, at 07:30 and 17:30: the emails that want a reply or a decision from you, each with one line on what the sender wants and a link straight to the thread. It also writes your email: a follow-up after every meeting whose notes you file in Post-Meeting, and an email to anyone you name, in your real voice, with a question or two first. Works with Gmail or Outlook. Nothing is ever sent — at the end of every path there is an unsent draft in your own mailbox and a send button only you press.
