**Tell me when something goes well, and I will keep it.** Say it in chat — "add that to my record: I closed the billing escalation this morning" — and the line is kept, dated, and shows up in Activity, where a tap takes you back to the moment you said it. When review season comes, ask me for a draft self-evaluation and I hand you your own lines, grouped by the work. It records what happened. It never rates you, scores you, or decides what your work says about you — you write that part. If you want it, I will sum up your week every Friday afternoon, one message you can stop from the message itself. It is offered once, after your first line, and never switched on without you. Private by construction: every line lives on this Mac and every message goes to your own thread, never to a channel other people can read.
