Cancelling

Cancel any time at theagentum.com/account. No phone call, no retention offer.

The rule

Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Then it stops. There are no refunds.

What that means

• Monthly: cancel on the 3rd, keep everything until your billing date.
• Annual: keep everything until the year is up. We email you before a renewal.
• Usage you have left, including resets, ends with the plan.
• Free trial: no card, nothing to cancel. It just ends.

Changing plans instead

• Moving up takes effect now. You pay the difference for the rest of the period.
• Moving down takes effect at your next renewal.
• Your balance comes with you either way.

Your agents and data

Nothing is deleted. Your agents, their history and your data stay on your computer. They stop running until you subscribe again, then pick up where they left off.

Business

Everyone on the account keeps access until the period ends, then loses it on the same day. Shared agents and team memory stay with the account. Removing one person is not cancelling: Business → People frees the seat.
